What you do
- You guide clients from first inquiry to booked week. You shortlist yachts, negotiate terms, and prepare contracts.
What you need
- Fluent English plus one other language

Booking Agent, Split
What you do
- You manage options, holds, and confirmations across the Med and Caribbean. You keep records clean and deadlines on track.
What you need
- English plus Italian or German or French
- Fast typing and CRM skills
- Detail focus and calm under pressure
Digital Content Specialist, Remote or Split
What you do
- You create pages that rank and convert. You write route guides and boat pages. You improve UX copy across sites.
What you need
- SEO writing samples
- CMS experience
- Basic HTML is a plus
Base Coordinator, Split or Dubrovnik
What you do
- You welcome guests at the marina and support turnarounds. You liaise with bases, skippers, and drivers.

Skipper, Med and Caribbean

- You run safe, smooth charters. You brief guests, plan routes, and protect the yacht.
